Mabugo, also known as Saba or Madd Fruit, is native to East Africa, particularly Tanzania. It is cultivated in gardens for its ornamental and edible value. The yellow, ovoid fruit is about 7 cm long and 8 cm wide, containing a sweet, acidic pulp.
