General Information

Malwana Rambutan is a native variety from Sri Lanka, featuring 20–35-gram red globose fruits that are tasty and juicy, typically lasting about 3 days. Related to lychee, mamoncillo, and longan, rambutan is primarily consumed in its native country and is relatively scarce in Sri Lanka. The fruit has a beautiful grape-like pulp and is characterized by its bumpy peel resembling curled, reddish hair.
